  We've been here several times since the new owners took over, and have really enjoyed the food. Excellent value for money considering the standard of meals served. Nice staff, and the restaurant itself has been improved considerably since our first visit, with a much better atmosphere. We took our Mum for Mother's Day and couldn't get booked in until 3pm, but the standard was excellent even though they'd been open since midday. It was much nicer having all the lights on and good heating, with a lovely roaring (real!) fire.
  Would highly recommend.

  Booked mothers wake here...turned up to be told they had no knowledge of the booking despite dealing with the manageress in person when making the booking, the manageress then went on to insult me by implying I should be grateful that she had provided a buffet at short notice...needless to say will not be going there again..

  Top bollix belting food and staff great had another Great night here and Sam the bar keep was fun and cheerful Will always use this pub when in the Area.
