  It's a very nice restaurant. The service is very friendly and it's really good value. The starter was excellent, the rest lacked a bit of quality and the kitchen got a bit overrun with the 8.30pm rush. We had perhaps high expectations after friends loved it.

  Incredibly fresh fish and seafood, simply cooked, with lovely service. A small lunch menu, but once you've eaten you understand why - what they do, they do very well indeed, leaving the ingredients to speak for themselves. My roasted plaice was lovely, however I too found there to be a surprising amount of rock salt in the garnish, but that can be forgiven for the delightful freshness and honesty of the meals served.
